Review Project Inputs
We begin by reviewing the available drawings, references, modelling requirements, intended deliverables and agreed scope. This establishes the required file formats, model structure, level of information and applicable project or CORENET X requirements before production begins.
Set Up and Model
The BIM model is organised with the appropriate coordinates, levels, grids, naming conventions and file structure. The model is then developed systematically in Revit according to the project information and modelling requirements.
Check and Coordinate
The model is reviewed for geometry, completeness, consistency and parameter requirements. Available consultant information is referenced where relevant, and any discrepancies or missing information affecting the BIM deliverables are identified for clarification.
Prepare Deliverables
BIM models, drawings, schedules and exports are prepared according to the project scope. IFC+SG files may also be produced where required. Deliverables are clearly named, versioned and issued in the agreed formats for the client’s use.
